"I provide therapy for individuals of all ages through both in-person and telehealth services, offering flexible options to meet your unique needs. Using evidence-based approaches such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I tailor treatment to each client's experiences, strengths, and goals.

Together, we will work to build practical coping skills, enhance emotional well-being, and navigate life’s challenges in a supportive and collaborative environment. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, or personal growth, I am committed to helping you develop resilience, improve overall wellness, and create meaningful, lasting change at your own pace."

Christopher Echols

LSW

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially for children and young adults who may not always have the words to explain what they’re experiencing. My goal is to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves.

I work with children and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life changes, and other challenges that can make it difficult to feel like themselves. With eight years of experience working in mental health settings with children, I understand that every person’s experiences, strengths, and needs are different. I take a trauma-informed approach to therapy, recognizing that past experiences can shape how we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.

My approach is professional, compassionate, and collaborative. Rather than simply telling you what to do, I believe therapy should be a partnership where we work together to understand what is happening, identify your strengths, and develop tools that can help you move forward.

Whether you’re navigating a difficult transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I believe meaningful change often begins with having someone who is willing to listen, meet you where you are, and help you find your way forward.

Sarah Meyer

LCSW, CADC

I believe therapy is a collaborative process where clients can develop greater self-awareness, learn practical coping skills, and build healthier ways of managing emotions, relationships, and life’s challenges. Therapy should occur in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where someone can feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

My goal is to meet each person where they are and help them move toward greater balance, resilience, and overall well-being.

Sarah works out of the Gibson City office.
